While Daniel Hackett was initially in the plan of Olympiacos for 2017/2018 the two sides won’t move forward together.
The management of the Greek club had second thoughts on the matter and decided to not make him an offer of renewing his contract. These concerns mainly had to do with how the Italian guard would perform in the next season following the injury that kept him sidelined for the second half of 2016/2017.
Hacket, 29, joined Olympiacos on summer 2015. There’s already a reported interest for him by Italian club Torino.
