Producing an amazing comeback in the second half (43-22) and getting to OT, Hapoel Atsmon Holon managed to win its first game of the Round of 16 following five consecutive defeats by beating JDA Bourgogne Dijon 88-81.

Manny Harris, who scored 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds last week against Strasbourg in his first BCL game since the 2018 final that he won with AEK, ended this campaign by scoring 25 while adding 6 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Joe Ragland, leader of last year’s Final Four participants, went close to another double-double with 10 points and 8 assists, while the Dalton-DeLaurier combined for 29 points and 16 boards, while CJ Harris scored 15.

JDA Bourgogne Dijon, which also didn’t advance unlike the other French team SIG Strasbourg, could count once again on Matt Mobley, who had 17 points but struggled shooting (5/16 from the field), and Markis McDuffie, who had 13 points and 5 assists.

Team’s leader David Holston had 15 points and 5 rebounds in the last BCL game of his season, while Abdoulaye Loum ended with 10 and a monster dunk.

After finishing 4th in the 2022 Basketball Champions League Final Four in Bilbao, Hapoel Holon hasn’t qualified for the Quarter-Finals and ends its season with a 1-5 record. JDA Bourgogne Dijon stays in the 3rd place with a 2-4 record.
