Missing every piece of action since straining his left calf on April 9, Giannis Antetokounmpo couldn’t recover in time even for the decisive Game 6 against the Pacers on the road, down 3-2.

Getting the 120-98 win against Doc Rivers’ team, Indiana advanced to the Eastern Conference Semi-Finals, completing the upset against the 3rd-seeded team in their standings, and they will now face the New York Knicks.

Coming off the bench, Obi Toppin and TJ McConnell led the way for their team combining for a total of 41 points, while starters like Pascal Siakam (19 points, 7 rebounds) or Tyrese Haliburton (17 points, 10 assists) got the job done.

On Milwaukee’s side, Damian Lillard returned to action and dropped a 28-point losing effort shooting 4/12 from beyond the arc. He was helped by Bobby Portis, who ended his season with a double-double of 20 points and 15 rebounds.

Danilo Gallinari only scored 1 points off the bench in what could have been his last appearance in the NBA at the age of 35 years old.
