1. TITLE

The title of the competition is: 2018 Final Four Tickets

2. ELIGIBILITY

Any person that lives in Greece or abroad and has the legal capacity to do so is eligible to take part. Excluded from participating in the contest are the company employees of Eurohoops Limited, VIRAL-LOOPS and GROWTHROCKS as are their first-degree relatives. Legal entities or websites are automatically excluded from the competition and cannot be considered participants.

3. PRIZE

3.1 One person will be the winner of the competition. 3.2 The prize of the competition is going to be: Two tickets for the all of the Final Four games in Belgrade. 3.3 The awarding of prizes will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 hereof. 3.4 The available prize for the winner belong to the organizers and will be made available to the winner by those organizers themselves in accordance with their instructions, and / or belong to third parties and the organizers will provide the relevant instructions to the winner regarding the acceptance of this prize. 3.5 It is specified that the prize is given on the grounds of a competition and not on any other grounds, especially not on the grounds of a donation. By extension, the prizes can only be won in the context of this contest.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTEST

4.1 Those who fill in their details on the competition form will be considered participants for the duration of the contest. The more they recommend people they know and they fill in their own information, the higher they go on the list to claim the winning place that will be won under Article 3.1 hereof. 4.2 The winner is announced in real time from the date and time of the contest’s expiration.

5. DURATION

5.1 The competition will close on April the 15th of 2018. 5.2 The organizers reserve the right to change, at their discretion, the duration and schedule of the competition. The public will be informed of such changes through all appropriate means.

6. SHOWCASING – ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER

6.1 Within one working day from the above closing date there will be a check conducted regarding the winner (whether he has committed any malicious actions during his participation) and he will be awarded the prize. Otherwise, the procedure will refer to the one who is next in line. 6.2 The announcement of the winner by full name and email will be carried out according to Article 9. 6.3 The organizers will notify the winner via a relevant email that will be sent to the address that he has entered during his participation in the competition.

7. DISPOSAL OF PRIZE

7.1 The type of the prize is the one stated above under Clause 3 hereof. 7.2 It is expressly stated that any costs required for receipt of the prize or any expenses are required for its use, as well as any legal taxes or deductions for third parties or other fees, are charged solely and entirely on the winner. 7.3 The prize either belongs to the organizers or is made available by third parties for the purposes of the competition, it will be received by the winner in accordance with the instructions that will be given to them by the relevant department of the organizing authority which the winner must get in contact with within 15 days at the latest after the end of the draw, to confirm the acceptance of the prize in order to be able to receive it after the deadline specified under Article 7.9 hereof. Upon receipt of the prize, the winner is required to show an official identification document (ID card, driver’s license, passport, etc.). 7.4 After awarding the prize to the winner, the organizers accept no liability whatsoever for any damage or loss that may occur at the expense of the winner or at the expense of a third party, as in the case of an accident or damage. Especially concerning prizes offered by third parties, the sole responsibility of the organizers is the guidance of the winner as to the collection of the relevant prize, according to the instructions those third parties who have the prize have given to the organizers. 7.5 Any costs or damage of any nature that occur after receiving the prize will be exclusively borne by the winner. 7.6 In case the aforementioned prize is in kind, then that will always be awarded in this specific kind to the winner and cannot in any case be exchanged with any other kind, nor awarded its value in money, or any other way. 7.7 In the case of winner that is a minor, the consent of the one who has parental responsibility or a legal guardian is required to obtain the prize. 7.8 If the conditions for revealing a participant as successful/ winner are not in place, or if the prize is renounced for any reason, or is not claimed within 15 days from the completion of the draw and the announcement of the winner, then the organizers or the company that holds the prize have the right to freely dispose of it any way they see fit. 7.9 The winner may receive the prize under the condition that they comply with the provisions of Article 7.3 hereof, within one (1) day from winning it.

8. RESERVATIONS

8.1 The organizers expressly reserve the right to revoke in whole or in part the notice or change any term of this notice under the condition that there will have been prior publication and adequate notification to the public. Furthermore, any such revocation or change shall not apply to the persons that took part before the above publication/ notification. 8.2 The organizers reserve the right to alter the details of those participants who tried to get exposure through the competition (entering the name of their website instead of their names) and remove participants that did not follow the correct practices or wrote offensive messages instead of their names. 8.3 The organizers reserve the right to check whether the email of the winner actually belongs to the alleged winner by sending a confirmation and identity agreement email.

9. PUBLICITY

9.1 The name and email that the winner used to take part in the contest will be announced on (i) the organizer’s Facebook and Twitter accounts, (ii) the “Contests” section of www.eurohoops.net, and in any other way the organizers choose, as they expressly reserve the right to notify the lucky one who wins the prize in any way and through all appropriate means such as – indicatively but not limited to – photographs, film and video, and possibly use any news item related to the awarding of the prize without any additional fee to the participants who – by accepting these terms – expressly consent to this. 9.2 The organizers expressly reserve the right not to give out the prize to the winner and repeat the draw if the winner refuse publicity.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

10.1 Participation in the competition means full and unconditional acceptance of these terms of conducting the competition. 10.2 Simple copies of this notice are freely available to the public, free of charge, from the offices of the organizers.
