Jaka Blazic scored 30 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead Cedevita Olimpija to a 90 – 82 win over Zadar at home and improve to 12 – 7. This result keeps Cedevita in the playoffs zone with three rounds left in the championship’s regular season.
Blazic shot 8/11 2-pointers, 2/4 3-pointers and 8/11 from the free-throw line to register his third 30+ game this season. The Slovenian guard had scored 30 points in an away loss to Igokea and a season-high 33 in a win over Mega Bemax at home.
Ive Ivanov was Zadar’s top scorer with 18 points. The Croatian team dropped to 4 – 17 with this defeat.
