Crvena Zvezda used a strong fourth quarter to overcome Mornar and get the 86-78 victory to close up ABA League Day 16 action. Zvezda grabbed its second straight win to improve to an 11-2 record while forcing top-placed Mornar to its third defeat (12-3).
Ognjen Dobric led the winning side with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, while Jordan Loyd tapped 18 points upon his ABA League return.
Johnny O’Bryant added up to the list of top scorers with 14 points, while Cory Walden and Langston Hall had 7 points apiece.
Isaiah Whitehead paced Mornar with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and Taylor Smith had 15 points
