Crvena Zvezda bounced back to wins in ABA League by crushing FMP 101 – 71 at home. Red Star, that was coming off a loss to Buducnost on the road, improved to 18 – 3 while FMP is now 8 – 13.
Five players scored in double figures from Zvezda. Jordan Loyd led the way with 18 points, Ognjen Dobric had 14 points plus seven rebounds, Landry Nnoko delivered 13 points plus six boards, Dejan Davidovic posted 12 points, six rebounds and six assists while Aleksa Uskokovic finished with 10 points. Their team was overwhelming from the first minute to close halftime up 63 – 47 and then keep dominating.
Nemanja Nenadic stood out from FMP with 20 points.
Elsewhere, Partizan defeated Mega, 98-88, despite Filip Petrusev’s 21 points and nine rebounds. Ognjen Jaramaz led the way with 22 points. His side jumped to 9-13 dropping the hosts to 14-9.
