Crvena Zvezda retained its unbeaten streak since mid-October in the ABA League and took down Zadar with ease at home 91-69 Sunday to complete ABA League’s Round 20 action.
Sharpshooter Ognjen Dobric took control for the hosts, scoring 23 points. Marko Simonovic added up to Dobric’s efforts with 14 points, while Luka Mitrovic and Dejan Davidovac both scored 8 points.
Zvezda remains on top of the ABA League standings with a 17-1 record and has already qualified for the playoffs.
Antonio Jordano paced understaffed Zadar with 16 points and Dominik Mavra scored 13 points. Zadar remains in the 11th spot of the standings with a 6-12 record, having lost three of its last five games.
