With five players scoring in double figures, Partizan Belgrade defeated Cibona Zagreb 87 – 74 on the road to improve to 12-4 in ABA League.
Bruno Caboclo led all Partizan scorers with 18 points while making key buckets down the stretch. Danilo Andjusic added 17 points, Zach LeDay had 10 points plus six rebounds while Ognjen Jaramaz and Balsa Koprivica added 10 points apiece as well.
Aleksandar Aranitovic (17 points) and Kresimir Radovcic (16 points) stood out from Cibona, now 6-10. After trailing 53 – 67 early in the fourth period, the Croatian side made it a game once again after cutting the margin to 63 – 68 with five minutes to play.
Caboclo scored consecutive baskets and had a pair of free throws to put Partizan up by double figures once more as his team proceeded to secure the victory.
