Blowout wins for Partizan and Crvena Zvezda in ABA League

In Round 20 of the ABA League, defending champions Partizan Mozzart Bet showcased their dominance by defeating Igokea m:tel at Laktasi with a final score of 52-98, improving their record to 14-6.

Mateusz Ponitka led the way for Zeljko Obradovic’s team with 16 points, and Bruno Caboclo contributed 14. Balsa Koprvica was on the verge of a double-double with 13 points and nine boards, while P.J. Dozier and Tristan Vukcevic added 11 points each.

For the losing side, only Edin Atic reached double figures with 10 points.

Following Partizan’s convincing road win, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet maintained their top position in the standings with a resounding 93-54 victory over Zadar at Stark Arena, securing a 17-3 record.

Despite missing Milos Teodosic and Branko Lazic, who are also doubtful for the Serbian Cup, all 12 players from the protocol reached the scoring sheet for Crvena Zvezda. Javonte Smart scored 15, Yago Dos Santos 13, and Joel Bolomboy 11 points. Stefan Lazrevic and Luka Mitrovic added 10 points each, with the experienced center grabbing eight rebounds as well.

Reigning ABA League MVP Luka Bozic stood out for the guests with 16 points and seven boards, while Lovro Mazalin added 11 points.
