Two months after joining the club, Trey Thompkins made his official debut with Crvena Zvezda.
The former Real Madrid player scored four points as the ABA League leaders defeated Split on the road 73-92 to conclude the regular season at the top spot with a record of 22-4.
Nemanja Nedovic led the Serbian team with 19 points, while Javonte Smart added 13, five rebounds, and four assists. Yago dos Santos added 12 points and five assists, while Luka Mitrovic recorded a double-double with 10 points and rebounds.

For Split, Lewis Sullivan had 19 points and eight boards, Toni Perkovic added 16 points, Shanon Shorter followed with 13, and Derek Funderburk finished in double figures with 12 points.
Crvena Zvezda left the Croatian side without a playoff spot and will play SC Derby in the Quarterfinals.
