After Crvena Zvezda’s away loss to Dubai to begin the 2024-25 ABA League season, Partizan didn’t start the campaign with a defeat, winning by 30 points (96-66) against Borac in Belgrade.
South Sudanese playmaking leader Carlik Jones was the team’s highest scorer with 14 points, shooting 3/4 from the three-point line, followed by Duane Washington’s 13 points.
Another newcomer like Aleksej Pokusevski added 11 points and 6 rebounds, scoring as many points as Isaac Bonga and Sterling Brown. Djordje Gacic was Borac’s highest scorer with 13 points.
