After dropping a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter, Partizan Mozzart Bet edged out Mornar-Barsko zlato, 89-84, in Belgrade Arena.
From four losing efforts over the last five games between the 2024-25 installments of the AdmiralBet ABA League Regular Season and the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season, including three in a row, the team coached by Zeljko Obradovic bounced back and went up to 21-3 in the regional league. Isaac Bonga, Sterling Brown, and Tyrique Jones were left out of the lineup for the Round 24 fixture.
After nearly two weeks on the sidelines, Balsa Koprivica was the top performer, tallying 22 points and eight rebounds, both game-highs. The 24-year-old center added four blocks, one steal, and one assist. Frank Ntilikina combined 14 points with seven assists.
On Saturday, Kenan Kamenjas posted a 22-point, 10-rebound double-double as Buducnost VOLI rallied past Spartak Office Shoes, 86-82, and improved the ABA record to 21-3. Following up on Sunday, Partizan rejoined the two-way tie on top of the standings.
Dominating in Cacak’s Borac Hall, Crvena Zvezda Meridianbet grabbed a 98-72 victory versus Borac Mozzart and jumped to 19-5. Filip Petrusev registered a game-high 20 points through one-way traffic on Sunday.
Codi Miller-McIntyre was scratched, joining Joel Bolomboy (foot), Mike Daum (knee), and Luka Mitrovic (knee) on the sidelines for the team coached by Giannis Sfairopoulos. Also, Nemanja Nedovic rested on the bench.
