After two losses in the Euroleague last week Crvena Zvezda bounced back in ABA League by prevailing over Zadar 88 – 76.
The visitors ultimately reached a comfortable victory after a great performance in the second half. Zvezda completed the third quarter outscoring its opponents 22 – 9 by playing with more energy, after they were trailing 45-42 at the break.
Milko Bjelica had a game-high with 20 points followed by Taylor Rochestie with 14 and James Feldeine with 13. Joshua Bostic was the most efficient player for the Croatian team with 14 points.
With this win, Zvezda moved up to a 7-2 record and Zadar sank to 3-6.
On Saturday night Petrol Olimpija had an impressive comeback win over Partizan and Dzanan Musa put up a great show in Zagreb, leading Cedevita to the victory against Mornar at home with a career-high 35 points.
