Crvena Zvezda struggled against Igokea but managed to prevail 79-77 on the road in Round 15 of the Adriatic League and remains undefeated on top of the standings.
Joe Ragland paced the winners with 18 points, seven assists, while Dejan Davidovac and Michael Ojo finished with 11 points each.
Zvezda is the only undefeated team in the league, with Cedevita far behind in the second place with a 10-4 record in 14 games.
