Joventut Badalona and Tony Wroten reached an agreement to part ways, the Spanish team announced on Wednesday.
“Due to the current situation and for personal and family reasons, both parties agreed on him leaving the club,” noted Badalona.
The Washington alumni moved to Spain in January signing a contract up to the conclusion of the 2019-20 season. He since averaged 11.3 points over four ACB appearances.
The former NBA player tipped off his 2019-20 campaign in Poland as a member of the Anwil Wloclawek squad but opted to join Badalona after his side was eliminated from the Basketball Champions League playoffs.
