Real Madrid wing Rudy Fernandez suffered an injury on the lower side of his back, the Spanish club announced. The announcement doesn’t mention the exact nature of the injury or how long th veteran player is expected to be out.
Fernandez was forced to miss the Copa del Rey Final of Real against Barcelona. The Blaugrana prevailed 88 – 73 to lift the trophy.

Following tests carried out today on our player, Rudy Fernández, by the Real Madrid Medical Services, he has been diagnosed with a lower back injury. His recovery will continue to be assessed.
