Despite the decision of the Spanish superior council of Sports (CSD), the general assembly of the ACB expressed today “its absolute disagreement with the decision of the CSD, and clubs have unanimously agreed to appeal it immediately”.
At this point Ourense, which has won the case and a spot in top Spanish League (Liga Endesa), is still not registered for next season. And ACB is seems to be closing the case by itself.
The league is expected to announced its schedule tomorrow, which will include 18 teams. Gipuzkoa Basket and Fuenlabrada who were in danger of missing their spots will be included in the schedule.
