Sarunas Jasikevicius and Alex Abrines appeared at a press conference together with Chus Mateo and Sergio Rodríguez in the run-up to the Endesa League final.

Mirotic was signed by Barcelona in 2019 to return to EuroLeague after a five-year stint in the NBA. His deal made him the highest-paid player in Europe.
In 2020, he signed a contract extension until 2025. He came under criticism several times during his run with Barcelona mainly due to the team’s failure to win the EuroLeague championship, especially after falling twice in a row to archrival Real Madrid in the semifinals of 2022 and 2023.
