Having suffered a long-term knee injury that forced him to miss the whole season last year, Andrew Goudelock has found another place to hoop after parting ways with Surne Bilbao Basket. The experienced 34-year-old offensive specialist signed a two-month contract with extending option until the end of the 2023-24 season with MoraBanc Andorra.
The former Fenerbahce, Maccabi Tel Aviv, and Olimpia Milano player moved to MiriBilla in the summer of 2021, averaging 14.3 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game with Bilbao while shooting 50.0% from two, 38.5% from deep, and 88.7% at the free throw line.
“Andrew Goudelock is a player with a lot of experience and we believe he will have a good adaptation process. This process is important considering the circumstances in which he arrives. His experience and scoring ability will be of great help to the team”, the General Manager of the Andorran team Francesc Solana stated.
After getting promoted back to the ACB, MoraBanc Andorra already boosted itself with the additions of Stan Okoye, Ádám Somogyi, Markel Starks, and Jerrick Harding. Like Andrew Goudelock, the 25-year-old shooting guard is coming off an experience in Spain with BAXI Manresa.
