It’s apparently a night of game winners, as after Devon Hall scored the winning triple for Olimpia Milano, Jabari Parker continued the trend in Barcelona’s jersey.
The US forward took responsibility in the final moments against the Lenovo Tenerife, with 80-80 on the scoreboard. With time sliping away, he had to shoot for three, managed to make just enough space and launched a game-winner hitting the bottom of the net with 0,3 on the clock – 80:83.
Barca’s hero finished the game with 12 points, with Dario Brizuela being the top scorer of the winnig side, scoring 16 points. Jan Vesely added 14, while Tomas Satoranski finished the match with 10.
The Catalan side counld’t contain Georgi Shermadini who finished the match with 22 points and eight rebounds, but Tenerife didn’t materilize his great game. Kyle Guy followed with 13 points, while Tim Abromaitis added 10.
While Barcelona improved to 12-6, and Tenerife fell to 9-9, Baskonia and Valencia also grabbed victories.
Baskonia defeated Manresa on the road 82-90, with Matt Costello and Marcus Howard scoring 20 points each.
Valencia triumphed at home against Rio Breogan 88-80, with Brandon Davies and Sami Ojeleye scoring 21 points apiece.
