Markus Howard delivered a new shooting spectacle in Spain with 10 out of 13 threes and 37 points in total to lead Baskonia past Corivan Granada 104 – 88. The American guard scored 37 points for a second game in a row to tie the career-high he set last week.
Howard began the game with 12 points on 3 out of 3 from beyond the arc in the first quarter as Baskonia went up 27 – 21. The hosts never trailed and went on to establish a double-digit advantage after halftime.
Chima Moneke added 20 points for Baskonia, now 14 – 11 in ACB. David Kramer led Granada with 18 points in a result that dropped them to 7 – 18.
