Experienced big Bojan Dubljevic is a new player of Casademont Zaragoza.

Dubljevic, 32, penned a two-year contract with an option for an additional season, Zaragoza announced on Tuesday.

The experienced Montenegrin forward/center is set to return to Spain’s Liga Endesa after a one-year break. Following 11 consecutive seasons with Valencia, he switched to the VTB and Zenit for the 2023-24 season.

Teaming up with Xavi Pascual last season, Dubljevic averaged 9.4 points behind 56.5% two-pointers and 39.3 three-pointers, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.2 blocks per contest over 36 appearances with the Saint Petersburg outfit. His efforts settled on Zenit ranking third in the final standings behind champion CSKA and runner-up UNICS.

Covering most of his professional career with Valencia, he left the Taronges as the all-time leader in points and rebounds. He is a veteran of 114 games played in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, all with Valencia. He also made his way to 138 features in the 7DAYS EuroCup, including championship runs with Valencia in 2014 and 2019. Returning to the ACB, he carries the experience of 374 appearances. Leading his side to the lone league championship in team history, he was Finals MVP in 2017.

In 2013, he was selected with the 59th overall pick of the NBA draft by the Minnesota Timberwolves but has not played in the league. His rights were traded to the Portland Trail Blazers in 2019 and to the New York Knicks in 2023.
