Wrapping up Round 9 of Spain’s Liga Endesa Regular Season, Joventut Badalona resisted a late rally to beat Real Madrid, 80-76.
Storming back from a nine-point deficit in the second half and holding on down the stretch, La Penya jumped to 5-4 in the ACB. Canadian Kassius Robertson put in five of a team-high 18 points in the fourth period.

For the hosts, missing injured Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot, a team-high of 16 points was shared by Tadas Sedekerskis and Trent Forrest.
Former Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion Trey Thompkins enjoyed a career-high 32 points as Leyma Coruna outlasted Hiopos Leida, 106-101, in overtime.
