Unicaja Malaga got the 94-86 win over Valencia and with a 14-3 record is left all alone in the top spot of Liga Endesa.
The game was decided in the last minute with Valencia getting an 84-83 lead but the hosts closing the game with an 11-2 run in the last 69 seconds left.
Dylan Osetkowski with 20 points and Kendick Perry with 13 plus six assists led the winners, making also big plays down the stretch. Tyson Carter also added 15 points for the winning side.
Jean Montero had 17 points for Valencia and gave them their last lead after stealing the ball and a break away lay up in transition. However, after that he was blocked by David Kravish, losing the chance to tie the game at 86 and everything when downhill for Valencia after that.
The losing side has a 13-4 record and Real Madrid (12-4) can create a tie in the second place by beating Morabanc Andorra on the road on Sunday (19/1).
