Carrying a double-digit advantage for most of the 40 minutes on the road, Real Madrid took down Dreamland Gran Canaria, 69-54, on Sunday.

Combining 14 points with eight rebounds, Mario Hezonja paved the way for retaining a one-game lead on top of the standings. Los Blancos improved to 17-4 in the 2024-25 edition of Spain’s Liga Endesa Regular Season.

Besides Gabriel Deck (hamstring) on the injury list and nearing a return to action, Serge Ibaka was scratched for the Round 21 contest.

Sidestepping a slow start, FC Barcelona rocked Rio Breogan, 102-79, and jumped to 12-9. Logging 23 minutes, NBA draft prospect Dame Sarr recorded a game-high 21 points with 8/10 field goals. Nicolas Laprovittola (right knee surgery), Juan Nunez (right knee), Kevin Punter (left shoulder), and Jan Vesely (right knee) stayed on the injury list.

Fellow Turkish Airlines EuroLeague outfit Baskonia lost, 93-88, at MoraBanc Andorra, falling to 10-11 and remaining outside of the 2025 ACB Playoffs picture. The hosts went up to 8-13.

Extending Copa del Rey celebrations to the game held in Palacio de Deportes Jose Maria Martin Carpena, Unicaja rallied in the fourth quarter to beat BAXI Manresa, 105-97. Kameron Taylor posted a 20-point, 12-rebound double-double and also dished out seven assists.
