It was a crazy night in Spain with “El Chacho” Sergio Rodriguez making history with 19 assists in the win of Real Madrid, while coach Xavi Pascual of Barcelona was ejected in the first half of the game vs Gran Canaria.
Eventually both teams got the win, Barcelona remains on top of the standings with a 28-4 record, while Valencia and Real Madrid are tied at 27-5 and Laboral Kutxa follows at 23-9.
Still both the Pascual incident will be remembered, as also the great night of Rodriguez who dished 19 of a total of 35 assists as Real Madrid torched Fuenlabrada 129-81. This is his record making 19th assists, as the previous milestone in the league history was 18.
