In a press conference held today Juan Espadas, mayor of Seville, and Angel Haro, president of Betis, the CB Sevilla has presented its new jersey and also its new name and corporate identity.
The basketball team is now linked to the football club of the city and will be named Real Betis Energy Plus. The new name brings also a new sponsorship agreement with the Energy Plus company which will give the ammount of one million euros to the basketball team.
The change is evident also in the new jersey which has the colours of the football team.
