Baskonia beat Estudiantes on the road 70-76 and improved to a 17-7 record. Tornike Shengelia led with 21 points, while Shane Larkin added 20 more.
The hosts entered the game with more energy and even grabbed a 18-5 lead early on. Baskonia trimmed to 20-12 before the first period was over. The visitors surpassed Estudiantes before halftime and kept a 6-point lead with 28-34.
Larkin paced the visitors in the second half, while Baskonia was up 39-51 at 24′, with the hosts Wilson trimming to 50-56 after 30 minutes.
Arteaga scored from middle range to put the hosts ahead by one point midway through the final period, though from that point forward, Baskonia never lost the upper hand of the game.
Earlier in the day, Barcelona ha it easy at home against Andorra, while Real Madrid crashed Bilbao.
