Unicaja Malaga officially announced the acquisition of Christian Eyenga for the remainder of the season.
The 27-year-old Congolese forward will serve as a replacement for injured Adam Waczynski in the Andalusians’ roster and arrives from Varese, Italy. He is expected in Malaga on Sunday and will undergo medical examinations on Monday.
Eyenga averaged 13.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists per game in the FIBA Champions League and 12.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in the Italian league.
