Christian Eyenga is the newest addition for Fuenlabrada’s squad. The 28-year-old player spent most of the season in Varese, but joined Unicaja for the ACB playoffs.
The Congolese player started off in Joventut, before joining the Cleveland Cavaliers from 2010 to 2012. He has also played for team like Los Angeles Lakers, Zielona Gora, Dinamo Sassari and Torino.
After the signing, Ferran López, sports director of the club, pointed out the importance of Eyenga’s signing: “He is a player with a very high physical component, he can do the 2 and 3, he will give us speed, energy and aggressiveness. All these virtues make him very good in the open field.”
