Suárez began his career in Joventut, where he stayed until 2015. Over the 2014–15 season, he averaged 4.8 points in 34 games with the team.
He joined Real Madrid the following season with a three-year deal. In August of the same year he was loaned to Dominion Bilbao Basket, before ending up in Zaragoza.
