Unikaja Malaga’s offense was clicking tonight as they got the easy 93-72 victory over San Pablo Burgos. Malaga showed its intentions since the early first quarter as they outscored San Pablo 32-18. In the second quarter, Malaga increased their lead to 24 points (47-23) (5:54 – 2Q). The first half ended 65-32(!) in favor of Malaga, which is also a team record for the most points scored ever in a half.
In the second half, Unicaja continued the domination and finally got the twenty-one point win; their second win of the 2017-2018 season.
Jeff Brooks for the winners scored 13 points, while Alberto Diaz added 14. Nemanja Nedovic in his 100th Spanish League game had 10 points and 6 assists. For San Pablo, Corey Fisher finished with 11 points.
