Baskonia grabbed the 100-67 road victory against Estudiantes in Day 6 of the Spanish League.
Tornike Shengelia paced the winning side with 18 points and two rebounds, Johannes Voigtmann followed with 14 points and eight boards, while Darrun Hilliard added 12 points.
Once again Baskonia used its steel defense throughout the game and never missed the lead after storming the first quarter 23-10.
Earlier in the day, Real Madrid stayed intact against Burgos, while Kevin Pangos’ career-high led Barcelona past Joventut in OT.
Real and Barcelona remain on top of the standings with a 6-0 record, while Unicaja and Baskonia follow with a 5-1 record each.
