Unicaja Malaga will host the 2020 Copa del Rey ACB announced on Monday. President Antonio Martin was in Malaga to seal the deal between the Spanish League and representatives of the local administration.
A total of eight top ACB teams including Unicaja will participate in the next Copa del Rey. The rest of the field will be completed according to the ACB standings midway through the 2019-20 campaign.
It’s worth noting that the city of Andalusia has previously hosted the 2001, 2007 and 2014 editions of the Spanish Cup.
