Real Madrid is going to incorporate 13-year-old, 2.18 meters tall Canadian player Olivier Roux in its youth squad for the upcoming U13 International Tournament of Castelldefels, according to Marca.
Roux will be assessed by Real during the tournament with the prospect of potentially adding the player to the youth departments of the club. The Canadian youngster made a serious impression last summer when he played in an NBA Jr. tournament in La Mancha, Spain. “He has the nerves, the audacity to talk (trash) too lmao,” Joel Embiid tweeted, in appreciation.
The Castelldefels tournament in which Roux will wear the jersey of Real Madrid will be played from April 17 to April 21.
