Barcelona has complaints about the officiating in the last minute of the loss to Real Madrid in Game 2 of the Spanish ACB League Finals.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona feels “harmed” by the refereeing and some particular calls/non-calls down the stretch. The first has to do with Rudy Fernandez allegedly entering the paint before the ball touches the rim following a free throw by Sergio Llull. Rudy grabbed the offensive rebound to renew the possession of Real.
Barcelona also protests that Rudy possibly stepped on the baseline after capturing the rebound.
Llull sent the pass to Carroll for the game-winning bucket. There’s the possibility of a traveling violation before the pass.
Other plays that Barcelona considers controversial is a possibly unsportsmanlike foul Anthony Randolph committed to stop the clock. The refs decided the foul was not unsportsmanlike.
Sin palabras. Esto es BALONCESTO.
