ACB announced on Thursday that its 2019-20 calendar will open at Madrid with the annual Supercopa. The 2019 edition will feature Spanish League Champion Real Madrid, Copa del Rey holder FC Barcelona Lassa, 7DAYS EuroCup Champion Valencia and host Montakit Fuenlabrada.
The 2019 Supercopa will take place at the WiZink Center in September with the four sides colliding for the first Spanish title of the upcoming season. Only Fuenlabrada has never before been a part of the tournament.
In the beginning of the 2018-19 season, Real captured its fourth Supercopa matching KIROLBET Baskonia’s number of triumphs. Barca has won five titles, while Valencia and Herbalife Gran Canaria round up the winning field with one apiece.
