UCAM Murcia completed the signing of Giannoulis Larentzakis confirming reports on the deal between the 25-year-old Greek swingman and the Spanish club. The former AEK player inked a two-year deal with a player-out clause for next summer.
At Murcia he will rejoin Dusan Sakota, his captain the past years at the Queen. Both players departed from AEK earlier this summer.
Larentzakis is coming off 9.8 points. 3.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.7 steals per Basketball Champions League contest last season.
He also averaged 11.1 points per Greek Basket League regular season contest, added 10.4 points per match in the playoffs.
Aside club level, he was part of Greece’s final 2019 FIBA World Cup squad notching 4.5 points per appearance at China.
