Jaycee Carroll and Real Madrid tipped off the 2019-20 Spanish League season with an 88-69 road win against Joventut Badalona.
Carroll shot 5-8 from deep on his way to 17 points while Jeffery Taylor added 11 and Gabriel Deck ten points.
For Joventut, Klemen Prepelic scored 19 in addition to Luke Harangody’s 11 points. Alen Omic logged ten points and 11 boards.
Earlier, Nikola Mirotic put on a big all-around performance in Barcelona’s win over Monbus Obradoiro while Kirolbet Baskonia routed Movistar Estudiantes but Jayson Granger suffered what seems to be a serious injury.
