Barcelona bounced back from last week’s defeat in the Spanish League and defeated Joventut Badalona 95-80 to improve to an 11-3 record in the standings.
Nikola Mirotic paced the winning squad with 23 points and six rebounds. Kyle Kuric and Adam Hanga followed with 15 and 14 points apiece.
Barcelona controlled the pace right from the first quarter, leading 21-14. Joventut reacted in the second period to trim the deficit to six points at halftime (46-40), though Barcelona once again pulled away with double-digit leads for the remainder of the game.
Earlier in the day, Real Madrid stunned Andorra, while Manresa defeated Valencia.
