Rudy Fernandez had a great shooting night as he led Real Madrid to an 85-78 overtime win against Valencia in Spanish League.
Fernandez shot 7-10 from deep on his way to 22 points while Facundo Campazzo added 17 and Fabien Causeur 13 points. Campazzo also dished eight assists.
Alberto Abalde scored 16 in addition to Sam Van Rossom and Bojan Dubljevic’s 11 points each. The latter also grabbed 11 boards.
With this win, Real Madrid got back on top of the standings with a 13-3 record in front of Barcelona which holds the same ratio. Zaragoza is third with 12-4 and Tenerife fourth with 10-6.
