Blake Schilb proved to be the ultimate professional by hiding the grief of the death of his younger brother and playing with Galatasaray in the Turkish Super league game against Banvit. Schilb learned before the game that his brother lost the battle with cancer, but didn’t say anything to anyone.
After the game, where he had 9 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists, he announced what had happened and he left for the States. His brother was 25 years old and may he rest in peace.
