Nenad Krstic was forced to miss the season due to serious knee injuries, even though he signed a deal with Galatasaray this summer. Still, the Serbian big man didn’t let this obstacle stop him from being creative!
33 years old Krstic has launched his own… rakija brand – a fruit brandy popular in the Balkans – that will carry his name and the beverage is already aging in barrels!
The player’s family has been producing its own rakija from damson plums (a variety often grown in Serbia) for years and eventually Nenad and his father decided to go all in for mass production!
He recently posted a picture of one of the barrels on his social media, noting it’s a work in progress!
