Rasid Mahalbasic and Ricky Paulding pushed EWE Baskets Oldenburg to a 93-88 home win over ALBA Berlin in the German League.
Mahalbasic was one rebound away from a triple-double as he grabbed nine while also adding 15 points and ten assists. Rickey Paulding banked 28 points in addition to Tyler Larson’s 19.
For ALBA, Peyton Siva scored 18 while Martin Hermannsson helped with 17 and Marcus Eriksson with 15 points.
Earlier, Bayern Munich got a 71-60 home win against s.Oliver Wurzburg led by Paul Zipser who had a great shooting night.
Zipser scored 18 points on 7-9 from the field while Nihad Dhedovic added 15 for the victors. On the other side, Florian Koch scored 13 and Luke Fischer ten points.
Bayern stays alone at the top with 16-1 while Ludwigsburg follows with 13-4 in front of ALBA (11-4), Oldenburg (11-6) and Crailsheim (11-6).
