Paul Zipser and Wade Baldwin stepped up for Bayern Munich and gave their team a close 108-102 home win over EWE Baskets Oldenburg in the German League.
Zipser banked in 28 points on 6-12 from the three-point range while Baldwin followed with 21 points and eight assists. Jalen Reynolds and Vladimir Lucic added 14 points each.
For Oldenburg, Keith Hornsby went off for 28 points (6-7 from deep) while Phil Pressey had 25.
Meanwhile, Alba Berlin got a comfortable home win against BC Gottingen with 89-58 on the scoreboard. Simone Fontecchio scored 14 points while Niels Giffey added 12. Peyton Siva and Tim Schneider had 11 each.
Ludwigsburg tops the standings with 20-2 followed by Alba with 18-3 and Bayern with 18-4. Crailsheim and Oldenburg are behind with 17-6 records.
