FC Bayern Munich keeps up its winning streak in Germany and took down Fraport Skyliners on the road with ease 78-50 on Sunday.
Bayern only allowed six points in the third period and managed to retain a big lead for the entire second half, paced through its nearly perfect defensive display.
Darrun Hilliard and Andreas Obst shared 13 points each for Andrea Trinchieri’s squad, Gavin Schilling posted 11 points and Nihad Djedovic added 10 points. Frankfurt’s Brancou Badio posted a game-high with 20 points, though the team remains winless in the German BBL.
Oscar da Silva had 17 points and 5 rebounds for ALBA Berlin, though Israel Gonzalez’s men suffered a 63-59 loss against Gottingen at home to add up to a shaky course in the new German League season (2-3).
Kamar Baldwin led all scorers of the game with 18 points and Stephen Brown had 14 points for Gottingen that extended its winning streak to three games (3-1).
