Deshaun Thomas scored 21 points for Bayern Munich and led the team to an 83-60 home win against Bayreuth in the German League.
Ognjen Jaramaz helped out with 13 points (plus seven rebounds) while Andreas Obst scored 11. On the opposing side, Sacar Anim scored 14 and Marcus Thornton 11 points.
Bayern improved to 14-4 at the top of the standings while Bayreuth stayed out of the playoff zone with 8-10. Meanwhile, Alba got an 82-70 win over Wurzburg and improved to 11-5, leaving the opponent in the relegation zone with 3-13.
Yovel Zoosman scored 14 points for the victors while Louis Olinde helped with 11. For Wurzburg, Craig Moller had 17 and Cameron Hunt 14 points.
