Bayern Munich are trough to the quarterfinals of German Cup with a convincing 101-73 win over Oldenburg.
Carsen Edwards led the Pablo Laso side with 20 points, Serge Ibaka was on the verge of a double-double with 14 points and nine rebounds, while Sylvain Francisco added 11 points. Big men Devin Booker and Frank Gilespie followed with ten points each, with the latter adding eight boards.
Charles Manning was the top scorer of the losing team with 15 points, Brekkott Chapman added 14, while Dewayne Russell scored 13. Deane Williams was also in double digits with 10 points.
ALBA Berlin was equally successful, defeating Braunschweig 96-71 to advance.
Johannes Thiemann stood out with 20 points and six rebounds, Matt Thomas followed with 16 points, while Tim Schneider finished scoring 11 points for the winning side.
Jilson Bango had a solid game for Braunschweing with 17 points and seven boards, Ferdinand Zylka added 14, and Martin Peterka 10 points.
