Sylvain Francisco had 20 points and six assists to lead Bayern Munich past MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg 92 – 84 in a game for Round 8 of the German BBL League. After this result, Bayern went up to 5-3 while Ludgiswburg dropped to 4-3.
Serge Ibaka dropped 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds for Bayern, a few days after his season-high performance vs. Zalgiris Kaunas in EuroLeague. Devin Booker provided 15 points as well, along with six rebounds and Carsen Edwards scored 12.

In Berlin, Syntainics MBC delivered a huge upset by not just beating but crushing ALBA 75 – 108. Chris Embou-Ndow led the winning side with 23 points while Diante Baldwin had 19 points, eight assists and five rebounds.
